General Description
Giant Sand Dragons are very few in number but among the largest found on this planet. Specialized defensive coloration makes them almost indistinguishable from their desert environment. This, coupled with their extraordinary ability to shape their massive bodies in imitation of the surrounding dunes, makes them all but invisible to even the most diligent observer. Very little is known about them, and how they manage to subsist on the extremely sparse desert vegetation remains a great mystery.
